PALLIATIVE CARE

Palliative care makes you as comfortable as possible, by managing your symptoms. We are also there to offer psychological, social and spiritual support for you and your family, friends and carers. Always with a holistic approach as we deal with you as a ‘whole’ person.

Palliative care isn’t just there for the end of life, it is support for people who are in the last months or years of their life. We will coordinate the different health care professionals that are providing treatment or other therapies. It is about your wishes and preferences, we will work with you to plan your care, uphold your wishes about where you would like to receive care and where you want to die.
